I think I'm lucky with my Traps, they have always been pretty big.

Since I've been training them for Rugby they have sort of jumped out somewhat.

For arms, I just do the regular exercises, and try and hit all the heads,

I train them after chest or back so that gives them a bit extra.

Bi's have dropped off a lot this year which is annoying, Tendonitis in my elbow has meant

I haven't been able to do anything but basic curls for months (No Hammer curls, twisting etc)

Thankfully that has recovered and I have started hammer curls etc again, so looking to get that

pop back into my bi's

Chest has changed a lot lately, maybe because I have been concentrating on Dumbell Pressing or pure

strength work without stretching exercises like flyes and cable cross overs etc or maybe because I have lost bodyfat. It seems to have almost flattened out. I've started hitting the flyes etc again to give it some sizzle.

A better chest pose, probably wouldn't hurt either....

 

I'm hitting the Cardio hard at the moment, and my diet is really tight, so hoping to rip the fat off and get some more definition.

I'll post some more photos in a few weeks.

At the moment a Typical day might look something like this

 

Breakfast - Weetbix with soymilk

 

Morning Tea - Coffee on soymilk and a larabar

 

Lunch - Tofu or Tempeh and Veggies (Carrots, Tomatoes, Baby Spinach, Kale, Celery, Snow Peas etc)

 

Before Gym - Pea protein shake and piece of fruit (Nectarine or something)

 

After Gym - Protein Shake

 

Dinner - Baked Beans on Bread (Pumpernickel Usually) with a few extras - Some more Kale, Nutritional Yeast etc

 

This works out to.

2200 Calories

25% Protein

25% Fat

50% Carbs

 

At the Gym I usually Burn around 400 Calories lifting weights and then 300 doing Cardio - So subtract about 700 Calories from that I guess.

 

I am taking the following supplements (Just to make sure)

 

A multivitamin and mineral

B12 - Better Safe than Mad.

CoQ10 - Blood Pressure

Lysine - To help prevent cold sores

Zinc - I was sick a few weeks back and want to stay healthy

Ooooo, beans on toast! I haven't had that since I lived in Scotland, way back in the day...

 

Massive arms and back, too.

I love Beans, I think they are such an underated food.

If you get the good ones (some have lots of salt and sugar),

A can will fill you up and give you 400 Calories, 20 grams of protein and very little fat.

 

Nice shoulders, and all. Particularly impressed by the size of your Deltoid (Posterior), mine are like tissue paper.

Thanks Joe, I think the Rear Raise/ Reverse flyes and high Pulling exercises are helping the Posterior Delts.

 

Only 2200 calories for a man of your size ? I eat this and I'm ridiculously small compared to you.

Yeah I have a very efficient Metabolism (I'll be fine if there is ever a world wide food shortage),

At the moment I am trying to reduce bodyfat, but still keep my muscle, so it is actually a little higher than I would normally eat for weight loss.

Even during a Heavy Bulking phase, I rarely go above 3000 Calories a day.

I am one of those people who needs to watch what they eat, every day of their life.

I don't have a skinny person inside me struggling to get out, I have a big, fat fatty inside me screaming to get out.

I can eat a lot when I want to, I just can't.

What do you mean by light bulb ?

 

Nah I'm the guy on the Far Left (I thought the tatt would give that away)

The one holding the trophy is called Big Girl.

 

When you see a guy at the gym who has a massive upper body and skinny little legs, then that's a lightbulb.

 

(I love the socks too, I wore them to the pub afterwards )
