I just switch a lot of the ingredients around to suit what I want. Most of my diet consists of just raw vegetables and fruits.
I stopped consuming eggs a couple months ago, as I weed myself away from animal products.
I've been noticing a lot of muscle loss since I stopped eating eggs as my main source of protein, so I'm going to have to find new foods jacked with proteins. I'm trying to replace it with nuts, but I'm scared of packing on weight.
Well, I have a lot of fat to lose, then I'm going to see if what I have on my stomach is excess skin or not. If it does indeed turn out to be excess skin, I'm going to try and bulk up to get rid of it. I'm pretty scared cause I know I will have excess skin.
As for my goals, I'm going to cut down to 165-170 (I'm currently 179) then see what's up from there.
I hope I learn how to be a better vegan here, as I know I haven't been the best one. It's all about trial and error though, right?!
