Looking Good Tasha,
Got some great guns coming along there :D
I'm glad you are moving away from the 105lbs 80/10/10 thing,
you were a bit too skinny.
Your new diet seems to be working, Yay for Protein and Fat,

nice progress. :)
i think it's cool that you put some muscles on your arms. skinny arms really doesn't look good on women.

Incredible progress! Well done. But you looked a little bit better with some fat/mass on your body. Don't get too skinny.

Allthough I don't agree with this I have to say more muscles equals more hotness. Your shoulders seems awesome and so does the guns. Great work and keep it up!

I agree with that... You've lost a lot of weight (fat), that's hard work I think, but don't overdo it :P
I'm looking forward to see more muscles ;)

That's great, you've got good definition, very ripped shoulders. I hadn't seen that before picture from 2003 before.

Nice transformation!

Since you aren't doing 80/10/10, are you doing more nuts/seeds and protein powders?

Your transformation is crazy. You look like a totally different person in just a couple years. I'd also like to know what your diet is like now. I never got into the 80/10/10 or even really knew what it was. I just ate lots of fruits and vegetables. Haha. But anyway, great results. Keep up the hard work and you'll show'em how awesome raw food is.

Wow!! Congratulations. You look amazing! Love the guns; the smile and the eyes looks brighter and happier. I bet you feel amazing in comparison to "the old you"!
