Hey Trev, thanks so much :) I over dew for a visit to Vancouver. I miss you guys so much. Give Suz and Broddy some love too lol

Hey Dry thanks for your sweet comments. It always feels good to know that you are still there for me, even though I'm not by your side right now. I'm still training hard and pushing up my personal bests. I'm up to 75's flat bench barbell chest press. I'm training chest today, and I'll let you and LG know if I put another aafh on it ;)

Anyways I might just have to step up on stage in the future with your guys.
Make it happen right buddy?

Aw I just got this as I was writing
I'm miss you guys so much. I can't wait to come back. Did you like my frog I sent you? It was watching over me when I was getting my fillings done today.

I'm pissing myself laughing... because it's so true about Joey, he's a little pac man :)

You would be laughing at me trying to drink my smoothie with the whole left side of my face frozen.

Time to get swol in a bit... Yeah buddy :D

Something fun....Not flexing in these, but taken after my leg and arm workout
I saw some Veins for the first time.

Calf photo was taken a few days ago

This one's kinda hard to see, I took this too close up so it came out too bleary (sorry).
Arm was taken a few weeks ago.
I did take a better shot of my arms but I took it on my phone camera.
I'm not sure how to load it on my computer.

Anyways YB ! :)
