older pics, with traditional bodybuilding diet

I just took a month off from working out because I've been sick; so I'm not as good of shape as in these pics, but I was not long ago. I want to get leaner and feel more energetic with a healthier vegan diet.

Absolutely awesome body there, man! Have you built it all on a vegan diet or are you making the transition now?

 

I'm making the transition now. So far today I ate:

 

tablespoon flax oil

2 scoops protein supplement

8oz bolthouse farms green goodness (vegetable and fruit smoothie)

8oz bolthouse farms vedge (vegetable juice)

2 small yams

2 bananas

1 scoop garden greens: essential greens (veg powder)

1 scoop garden gressens: acai splash (berry powder)

small amount of sunflower seeds

Are you trying to cut? Seems pretty low cal.
