Hi I'm new! I've been going to a local gym for about three months now. I've been doing some weights and cardio but without too much thought behind it so I'm really looking forward to scouring this site for training plans and nutrition etc.
Below is a recent pic, I've not got anything really to flex at the moment so I shall post better pics when I'm confident enough to take them!

I'm going to try the Strong Lifts 5x5 as I've read in other people's threads.

Currently 80Kg / 176lbs
Can pinch at least an inch on my stomach!
