
I start with bulking up at home with a set of dumbells and a bench press 4 days a week, and I'm trying to focus on doing cardio at least 4 days a week.

When i was a kid, i used to do a lot of sport, but i changed my lifestyle when I was 13, and I became fat.
now I'm sixteen, and I want to get rid of that fat and become stronger than I've ever been.
I have strong quads (i used to do a lot of mountain bike) and the rest of my body is actually weak, plus it's covered by fat.
