Dave's progress

I'd like to start a thread to share with each one of you my progress. I am focusing getting strong and fast, bulking up muscle losing fat.

I start with bulking up at home with a set of dumbells and a bench press 4 days a week, and I'm trying to focus on doing cardio at least 4 days a week.

 

March 17th 2010

 

-Vegan for 2 months

-5.6" tall

-157 pounds

 

When i was a kid, i used to do a lot of sport, but i changed my lifestyle when I was 13, and I became fat.

now I'm sixteen, and I want to get rid of that fat and become stronger than I've ever been.

 

I have strong quads (i used to do a lot of mountain bike) and the rest of my body is actually weak, plus it's covered by fat.

First week of training, first pictures. I can feel my arms a getting stronger

 

I have some difficulties with losing fat (I even weigh more than last week), I think I'm eating too much, but I do not know if eating less than 1900 calories would be ok, in fact i might still grow a bit.
