I am 7 weeks into my training now, but have only been starting to lift hard the last two weeks. I have just been coming off a 2 year period where I had virtual zero activity because of a bad accident. I got down to 127 lbs and was thin as a stick, I am up to 136 now (still very thin for 5 foot 9") and seem to be putting the muscle on decently. I cant really gain any more weight though how ever much I eat it seems. I am hoping the weight will start to come in the next couple of months. Still lots and lots of work to be done. My chest and abs seem to be the slowest coming, my arms and back I think are the fastest so far.
Here are my personal bests from the last 2 weeks:
Pullups- 15
Dips- 65 lb weight belt x 7
Dumbell row- 65 lbs x 6
Dumbell press- 45 lbs x 6
Squats- 200 lbs x 5
Deadlifts 145 lbs x 8
