Two years ago this month I started to exercise after many years of not and started my training log on line, first at veganfitness, then at veganbodybuilding a little while later. I took some (poor) pics a few days ago (age 50, 194 lbs) to compare with the ones from before starting (48 yo, over 220 lbs ).

Thanks. I am 50 (read it again) and I don't think I'll be on the cover of fitness magazines when I'm 52 either. I was very hesitant to post the now at 50 ones, until I looked at the then at 48 ones.
