Hi there,

I want to show you some progress ive made this last 2 months.

A year ago i was 213 LB (97 kl), today 169 LB (77 kl)

This pictures are just showing the progress of the last 2 months, on the left side i was 189 LB (86 kl) on the right side "today" 69 LB (77 kl)

Im cuting trying to get a lower fat% & gain more muscle.. im really happy with this 2 month progress.. but im even more happy with the year progress!

Now you can see it. How i did it? hard work & more hard work.. eating totally different & doing lot of fitness & cardio & using my body all i can ;-)
