You have to measure and take pics! No way that the scale is the sole judge, especially if you're a chick. We tend to lean out versus bulk, retain water, all sorts of wheeeee

I'm glad to inspire others! Frankly being here inspires me. I have my days when I just want to eat nothing but chocolate. No, really. I try to cure them by drinking lots of fruit smoothies made with cacao...

I'm learning that now- about the scale. It's a tough lesson when we all have grown to rely on the scale. Good luck in your journey!
