I've seen ads for slim in 6. it's awesome that you are getting such great results! Have you seen the ads out for the "insanity" work out? I'm wondering about trying that one... maybe....lol

 

Slim in 6 is awesome. My metabolism is crap and it's awesome.

 

Insanity's actually the one I'm going for when I'm done with my month of Brazil Butt Lift and Hip Hop Abs!!! It just arrived in the mail yesterday. Oh. Boy.

Thanks!! Worked hard for it, lol. And still at work! I'd like more ab definition and I'm continuing to drop the weight in my hips/rear, which is where it tends to collect (oh, the joys of being an hourglass, lol)

Yes, I have the "joy" of being an hourglass as well

However, although I always thought I'm simply meant to weigh a bit more and to have some fat around my hips, I'm seeing a progress and continue to go on

And it's obviously working for you as well..

My saving grace is that I have a small frame/bone structure. I have a min weight that I refuse to go below because I believe in having curves, even if skinny.

 

And thanks!! Really, really, really recommend Brazil Butt Lift as a great exercise program for people who have hourglass figures and hard to lose fat around thighs/hips/butt.

My bone structure is everything but small But I seem to gain muscle easily. And yes.. I wouldn't go for no curves at all either..

 

Well I don't do any special program at the moment. I just do some cycling, running, and some pull ups etc as well. If I do decide to follow a program one day, I'll look it up! Thanks for the recommendation!

Way I see it is this: do what works and what you enjoy. I believe exercise should be challenging but fun!

 

I'm a size 5 ring (American size, you may have to look it up), size 7/7.5 shoe depending on the fit. My x-trainers are 8s so I have comfort when I walk a billion miles this weekend!

Thanks! I owe it all right now to Brazil Butt Lift, Hip Hop Abs, and running.

 

I just gotta work on my arms some more. I did have this hideous nightmare that I did and I looked like one of those freaky mutant people with bulges where they shouldn't be. I clearly have issues.

I've been doing nothing but Capoeira for a bit more than a month now, and I definitely notice it on my arms :/ Before I did push ups almost every day and have seen results pretty fast, but then I stopped and now my arms are getting smaller again But I end school this Friday, so I'm planning on some intense workout weeks after that

I'm pretty happy with my results so far, but feel like that final touch is still needed

 

As for arms.. When I started doing sports I always thought "I don't want to look like those female bodybuilders with muscles all over..".. And now.. Well, I'm still not aiming to look like a bodybuilder but I've definitely come to find muscular females very pretty.. So my goals have changed a bit from just fat-loss to fat-loss and muscle-gain

I know very little about it save what few moves are done in my Brazil Butt Lift workout. I am STILL on girly push-ups even though I'm using 8 and 10 lb weights for my workouts. Do not get!

 

My upper arms, glutes, and thighs have always been my trouble spots. I gain weight mostly on upper and lower body, not much in the midsection unless I really begin to pile it on. I actually am in the process of trying to make them smaller AND add definition.

The full body pics are being saved as I'm sending them in to claim my Insanity t-shirt. I delibrately chose a pair of exercise pants that didn't fit me as well and wore the same ones a month later. Major difference!

 

Also...loving the developing ab definition.

 

And since I finally had someone taking some photos of me... I have one of me lifting weights and another shot of me from behind, and you get to see my ink!

You wouldn't believe how many shots she took of me holding that dumbbell, in the yoga poses.... It turned INTO an exercise. I eventually wound up saying to her as *much* time went by, "You're so lucky I'm in shape enough to hold this pose!"

BTW: Do you use henna hair-dye?

 

Nope! I used to highlight my hair with it ages ago but no longer do. These days I pretty much have next to no pigment left in my hair, so Naturatint (think I got that product name right...) comes in handy for the roots.
