Summer & Shorts 2009 & 2010

#1 Postby tiiiti » Sun May 30, 2010 10:54 am

First off: I'm pretty sorry that I don't have a picture of myself from summer of 2008 when I was at my biggest. At my biggest I weight was 89,8kg (198pounds)

In the summer of 2009 I think I my weight was about 81kg (178,5pounds) And I looked like this:

And this summer (the pic was taken two weeks ago) I weigh 71kg (156,5pounds). And I'm only 3kilos away from the goal weight I've set for myself :)

And I love my legs, they're quite muscular but still wiggle when I walk 8)
isn't it enough that it's the right thing to do?

You look great in both pics but it's def an improvement to be proud of. Congrats and good luck with the three last kilos.

Haha, I highly doubt that :D But yeah, for some reason I basically only have to think about squatting and my quads get bigger :D

You hottie. Tiiiti, you really look great. :) You looked amazing, when I first saw you a couple of years ago, and you still do. Just in a different way, you know. You look very much like what your ideal weight would be. Don't worry about those three kilo's - just eat and be happy.

I've made some changes and the weight is slowly going down again. This time for good..
