No, that's not true. If you start now with a diet high in milk and meat, you could easily be 4'8" or even 4'7" by the time you are in your mid 50's. :)

Yep, there definitely are some shadows on the right side of your body :)
I guess it won't take too long until they're REALLY visible, though.. Looks like you have a very low bodyfat percentage..
