Hey everyone. You might have seen me around here for a little while. I've been vegetarian for 12.5 years and vegan for about the last 6 of those years.
The goal is to lose a couple percent body fat and build some muscle especially on my chest, lats and quads. Well, the ultimate goal I guess is to show up my ex-vegan-turned-paleo brother (who has an anti-vegan blog).
It's probably going to be slow going because I work a lot so I don't get a lot of gym time. I'll try to upload a new photo every month or two.
