Do not go low fat! I'd always recommend dropping the carbs instead of the fats!
Also do not
avoid saturated fatty acids since that's only gonna make your test-levels drop. You should definitely use some cocnut oil (since this will also act as a fatburner and keep you healthy as well - google it!) and maybe some (organic) palm oil for frying the tofu.
I used the anabolic diet and tried to incorporate as many saturated and monounsaturated fatty acids as possible which really helped me with maintaining size. I ate more fat than protein (about 180-200g of protein and up to 230g of fat daily!) and hardly any carbs (at tmes only 10g).
Worked really well for me!

I still find it funny that so many vegans still insist that cutting carbs is not good for fat loss and that there are so many who believe that high carbs are ideal for everyone. Low carb is the only way I find that I have any luck with fat loss, if I eat high carb all I do is gain fat and feel bloated. Again, great work!
