So I'm kind of new to the vegan lifestlye. I've dabbled in vegetarianism over the years and have decided to get serous. I am also getting married in December and want to get back into shape. (I was once and then i gained almost 60lbs.) Any advice for a newb that needs to get fit and lean permanantly? Especially without going into carbo overload while I'm adjusting.
