I feel my strength is going up fast after i reduce the amount of eating raw herbs to detox.
and i eating a bit more now coz i feel i need more
this is my after-workout meal today:
1big apple,6organic bananas, raw flax seeds, raw chia seeds, raw brown rice protein, spirulina powder, 2tablespoon of raw coconut oil and 300cc water
