impermanent
hi guys, didnt back here for awhilemy deadlift was stucked at 240lbs x2,so i reset the weight to 230 nowSquat 250 5x3 still going up i didnt eat much, i eat very fewand im doing some very heavy cleansing , like fasting every week(1-2days,water or absolute), eating tons of herbs to detox and free parasites, colon cleasing 3-4times a week etc.(it was tired at the first month, but i feel a lot better now)this is the last month of heavy cleansing, hopefully my progress will gain much faster after cleansingmy weight remain the same, or a little bit lower(60kg)but lift heaviler but i guess my strength still improved a lot, and become more muscular . I can feel my body is about to ready for mass gaining after the heavy cleansing here's the pictures

RawveganPeruana
When you say you eat less, is it because you get full fast? I struggle with that. I feel I am forcing my body to do alllll this digestion. You went raw? Are you doing a fruit lifestyle?
impermanent
i eat less all the time in the past 2months, just listen to your bodyand i dont really believe you need to eat that much to gain, it's not how much u eat, it's how much u able to absorbso first i have to do some heavy cleansing then i can absorb a lot betteri dont eat cook food, i eat fruits, vegetables, seeds etc Edited June 27, 2011 by impermanent
Bridget
Congratulations! You look awesome! you're an incredible motivation for me! I'm raw/vegan and getting ready to start a program. I've had just had knee surgery and been told that high-impact stuff is out for me and that I should get into weight lifting. So I've decided to "go-big" and my long-term goal will be to compete. But I have to start somewhere...Keep up the RAWsome! Work!!!
