So for the past 6 weeks I have been following Kris Gethin's 12 week transformation daily trainer - http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/kris-ge ... ainer.html
I adjusted the diet plan to make everything vegan (pretty easy).

Feeling pretty great about my progress so far (please ignore some of the stupid faces I make while flexing.

Kris Gethin's workout plan is awesome. The diet plan is SUPER strict but very easy to make vegan.

Going to start that program Monday

Just hope doc give me the green to add soy back in my diet otherwise it will be beans all the way......

Good progress. I am making similar gains (or losses) on BFL. So I might try this workout once I am done.
