Hey Folks,
Ive been vegan since around '04 but in 2010 I just fell off, it started with junk food then just got out of hand. With a stressful sedentary job i was mentally out of my zone and gave my self no time to even stay active. I have recently fasted and I am back to a cleaner diet now to rework on what I've made. This is a before pic around 253 lb. My Goal is to get back to my normal weight of 220 lean out and cut up (though I have the tendency to bulk up when dealing with weight training). I am a work in progress. Im 26 yrs old 6'1".

Well how's everything going? You didn't reply to any of us. I'm interested in your case because it looks like the sky is the limit in terms of your ability to add muscle.

Lots of potential there once you start hitting the gym again with a clean diet ;) Just don't fall off the wagon again.
