Two Weeks, Twelve Pounds

#1 Postby ryanrose » Sat Nov 05, 2011 11:04 am

Hey guys, I'm just getting started on this site and vegan bodybuilding in general. My before and after pictures are attached, first at 132 pounds and then at 144. Because my brother is also into weight lifting but is not a vegan, I feel especially compelled to prove to people that my diet is not a detriment to my muscular potential, as so many believe.

Twelve pounds in two weeks? Serious? Good work, I can't gain more than a couple of pounds every couple of weeks :/
Ever since I was a child I have had this instinctive urge for expansion and growth. To me, the function and duty of a quality human being is the sincere and honest development of one's potential.

Thanks! VeganResistance, to be fair, this is my first two weeks, so this is the time when results are bound to be at their highest (plus I've done this before, several years ago, so I have the previous experience coupled with my untrained body being thrusted into full workout mode haha).

And yeah, my biggest concern is just showing people (particularly family members) that meat is useless to our bodies.
