Looks like you have a solid base worked up. What are your goals?

Goals for 2012:
-7% body fat
-Complete a 50K ultramarathon in under 5 hours

Meet the calisthenic kings requirements. Without rest between exercises do:
5 muscle ups
10 pull ups
6 levers
30 second handstand
20 dips
20 push-ups

50k ultramarathon? WOW... that sounds amazing even to just complete! Good luck with your goals!

great goals! I've done a 50k and 50 miler... What helped me was training for a marathon and doing it about a month before the race.
