So the following pictures are my starting point. They were taken on February 25th. Right now I'm 5'4 and 125 pounds. I'm starting to clean up my diet and cut out the bad foods (total sugar junkie), and hopefully this will reflect around my thighs and tummy ; )
Thank-you Divamom! That also means a lot coming from you as well...I looked at your pictures and you look AMAZING! Yepp, diet is such a huuuge component. I keep telling myself "you can't out-train your diet" every time I reach for second helpings, haha.
