Yea, has it ever... I remember when I was competing in Muay Thai and people thought that was strange; "Why don't you just be a boxer?"... now the whole martial arts thing has just exploded in popularity.

Did my carb refeed yesterday (it may have gone slightly off the rails... beer is a good source of complex carbs, right?), and I'm feeling great; so much more energy!

I'm off to the gym to put some time in on the treadmill, work my chest and shoulders, swim some laps, and relax in the sauna.

I'll be happy if I can shed one more pound in the coming week before heading off to Vegas. I'm realizing that part of the issue with my lower abs is loose skin. I think I need to slow down the weight loss and give it some time to tighten up, or start building up the muscles in my core to try and fill it out...

I can't wait to switch into bulking mode; now that the fat is mostly gone I'm realizing how skinny I look and I don't like it at all... I need to pack on some serious muscle.

Amazing workout  Hooray for carbs!

Today is a bit of a cheat day. I bought some Tofutti Key Lime Pie Cutties. Wow. Never had them before, but they are unreal. Key lime was my favourite before going vegan and I haven't tasted the flavour in 3 years... I'll be surprised if there are any left in the box by the end of the day

Was able to lift heavy again, and the pump was unreal. During the no carb phase I couldn't take my pre-workout drink and the lack of glycogen in my muscles made for no pump at all... barely felt like I was getting anything out of my sessions. Felt great to get that feeling back again!

Pulled a huge d-bag move and snap a pic in the locker room... luckily it was all cleared out, but the pic is a little blurry because I was rushing

Chest is definitely my main problem area. I need more mass all over, but it's clearly lagging.
