Did my carb refeed yesterday (it may
have gone slightly off the rails... beer is a good source of complex carbs, right?), and I'm feeling great; so much more energy!
I'm off to the gym to put some time in on the treadmill, work my chest and shoulders, swim some laps, and relax in the sauna.
I'll be happy if I can shed one more pound in the coming week before heading off to Vegas. I'm realizing that part of the issue with my lower abs is loose skin. I think I need to slow down the weight loss and give it some time to tighten up, or start building up the muscles in my core to try and fill it out...
I can't wait to switch into bulking mode; now that the fat is mostly gone I'm realizing how skinny I look and I don't like it at all... I need to pack on some serious muscle.
