The link above has more progress pictures and a little bit of my story, and i will post some more updated pictures soon. Basically i was 300 lbs. and 35% body fat. Went vegan 6 years ago, dropped 70 lbs., started working out, dropped 30 more. Went raw vegan and dropped 35 more and most of my body fat. Still have some more to go, but feeling better every single day. I started my journey and was inspired by robert cheeke and brendan brazier. I now am a vegan ironman and ultra runner as well as a personal trainer, nutritionist and the COO and founder of Team Green, http://www.goteamgreengo.com/. Haven't been on here is a while but i hope to make more time in the future. Cheers.

Ah man that's pretty sick!!!! anything booked?

I have at least 4 large pieces (back piece ect) to finish? Do you still play? I play bass a little but I did vocals in a couple of technical death metal bands

nothing booked cause i can call my guy anytime. this year all my $ in going to my wedding, but after i should be able to finish the chest piece and do both sides of my ribcage.

i dont play much anymore, i can, i just spend all my time training, so i guess thats my excuse. i kind of semi retired from music after my last tour.

can't wait for the next update pics i am going to be posting soon, especially since i have gotten rid of more ab area body fat and increased my upper body muscle mass a bit. My back and shoulders have come along nice. Besides my hips down are a pretty sweet transformation since i focus on triathlon. Thanks everyone for the kind words! I will post full body professional pic updates in about a month, maybe less.

I took these leg shots WHILE WORKING OUT.

Calves are flexing during toe raises.

saw you had a meetup in town for today; just getting over a bad tendon rupture, but would welcome a hard ass workout with you...(in San Diego)...holy crap you are lean!

we are always looking for new people to join our workouts. =)

thanks for the compliments, i need to lean out my central lower abs, but it will come with time, no need to freak out, i hope. =)

WOw what a transformation! Your ink doesn't look like it got messed up or your skin stretched out either, that's rad. I've heard horror stories. Maybe the vegan part of it helped your skins cells regenerate faster and kept your skins elasticity better. Keep posting man, your progress is very inspirational for the forum members here.

thanks, yeah i feel i have a lot more to go, but its prob. just in my head. I'm 6-2 and the pic doesn't show my arms or back/shoulders well and my hips down are so ripped from endurance training.

People always say my skin looks good, veganism def. helps as i am almost 40. people always mistake me for in my early 20s. =)
