Journey to Muscles (ongoing)

Hi Everyone,

 

Fairly new to the forum. I've been inspired by what I've seen here! I hope to learn all I can so that my transformation to a big muscle vegan is successful. I'm a 21 yr old vegan (2 yrs) that has worked out off and on for 2-3 months at a time with long, lazy breaks in between. I am ready to get serious and change my life. Right now, I am on my 6th week of P90x, and I will start a weight training routine to bulk when school starts. Any advice, comments, or suggestions are appreciated! I am here to learn. I plan to update my progress photos on this thread to keep myself motivated.

 

Here is the progress I've made so far. I know I'm capable of more if I devote myself to this.

Right on man, you sound really motivated. Yeah P90X is intense, that should whip you into shape and help you see results for sure.....as long as you stay motivated and stick to doing it regularly. Keep sharing! Help lead by example and show the rest of us slackers that get lazy from time to time what type of results a former slacker himself that produce after really buckling down, haha.
