There should be some sort of discounts on belts if you take in your old belt that no longer fits you. Great work you should definitely be proud of the progress you made!

Did a 5km run today. 26:03 very Happy with this considering I don't run. Its every week, I'm going to do it every week and see how I progress

Very good progress! You should be proud. Did a change in diet have anything to do with your progress? (i.e. non-vegan to vegan)

Hey sorry I haven't been on! Yes being vegan has stopped my strength losses. As with the cutting of weight strength diminishes yet today I weighed 151.2lbs and dead lifted 130kg for three. Which is just short of double bw and my abs are coming along :-) also I got my run time down too 23:06 aiming for 22:30 this Saturday

Friday night a friend offered me some seriously hot sauce. I accepted. Safe to say I couldn't run the next day. I'm fine now and should be even better next week

do you take anything after a work out, like tofu or hemp or soy protein?
