Good work on the training, is that a type or a brand of protein you mentioned? Haven't heard of that before. The food sounds great - I still need to find somewhere that sells tempeh as I've never tried it. Keep at it MF.

Thanks MF. I was referring to tempeh being a cultured product. Its soybeans mashed together into a cake and treated with a culture which causes mycellium to grow throughout it. Adding alot of nutrients including amino acids. I love it. I feel like it works very efficiently with my body.

You should look into it, its a very interesting process as it even affects the soys nutritional content alot. Its a very scientific process and I don't feel like I would do a perfect job explaining it.

Heres a new picture. Im 7.5 weeks out from my first bodybuilding contest. Its been incredibly motivating to prepare for a contest finally and to actually have the funds this time.

I couldnt compete due to financial issues, so I'm going to focus on gaining alot of mass this year as I have an important contest next summer. Heres a shot from this morning, not the best lighting.

Bummer to have to bow out at the last minute, but looks like you've made some solid gains. Looking really lean!

Looking solid! Hope you're able to compete next time around. I've run into those roadblocks over the years as well.

Keep training, keep making progress and soon the time will be right to hit the stage and rock the show!

Thanks Robert, I really appreciate the motivational words. I will continue working and training hard. You've always been a great motivator for me throughout the years.
