 Post subject: newbie pics before and now

hey joined the site tonight, just sharing some pics as its good to have a face to put to a name. pic with my late staffie cross is from 2011 when i was eating high animal product diet, no idea what the ratio of nutrients was but it wasnt good! the other pic is tonight eating a high carb, low fat, low protein, vegan diet for 10 months. nursing a slight neck injury at the moment so havent been able to do a huge amount of training, but starting again monday hopefully! :D

hey thanks, yes much better without the high protein just as strong too.......i feel satisfied after meals rather than bloated! vegan for life now! :D

I kind of have a policy of being completely honest...


You look emaciated. I honestly think you should pick up on the proteins and fats or you are going to get sick and probably face muscle and joint problems. If you're happy the way you are then cool, that's just my opinion.

its ok mate everyone is entitled to their opinions.......ive havent been called emaciated before tho! just thought i looked fairly lean at least compared to what i used to be like.......no hard feelings tho :D

I don't think you look emaciated at all. I think a lot of it is shadow and light playing that trick. Keep up the hard work :)

some pics from today with better light, some are blurry its hard to flex and not shake the camera :lol:
