Before & Current !

Hey All, this is my first progress photo. I was working out in the early spring/summer, but due to hockey injuries / buying a house , I gave it up. I have been back in the gym ( 6 days a week ) since November 15th, and I have FULL intentions to keep this going until I am too old or brittle to be there anymore. I am finding a solace in the gym. A kind of peace that I never knew could exist by simply moving heavy objects around...

These might have been after a couple of weeks in the gym. (around November 15th,2012)

Nice work bud, you are already looking considerably better!

What kind of programme or training split are you following? Just noticed that you have started a training journal, good stuff! MF

Well, up until this week I was hitting each body part once a week, with a day of cardio in there.
Chest , Back , Legs , Shoulders , Arms, Cardio+Core

Now, I am trying a 3 day split so I can hit each body part twice a week
M:Chest/back
T:Shoulders/Legs
W: Arms

Rinse and Repeat twice a week, with abs and core exercises in there. So far so good, I am sore every day but by the time it comes to repeat the cycle, that body part is itchin for some pump.

Taking progress pics tonight!! Looking at my original pictures in this threadis making me extremely depressed with how thin I was, but so pumped about my gains over the past 5 months.

My buddy got called into work, so I didn't have anyone to take pictures at the gym :( . Hopefully can get some good ones tomorrow morning POST Back + Bi workout :)

Have to say you have made tremendous progress bro. Definitely can see gains in the shoulders and arms. Congratulations on all the hard work. Certainly paying off!

Thanks all! I like to think I have made a lot of progress even since those most recent pictures. A hockey injury a month ago kept me from going hard in the gym, but at ~90% recovered I have been back and going strong. Will (ACTUALLY) post some updated pics in the next day or so.

Sick progress! I've noticed that a lot of people tend to look younger in their after/current photos its weird but amazing and shows what eating right and working out can do for you. Keep it up!

Are you doing dem traps on back or shoulders day?
