I posted this in the Vegan Bodybuilding and Fitness page on Facebook. It seemed to really inspire and motivate others. Which is my main goal in life. I'd like to remind everyone that at any age you can make the choice to change your life. It may take time but it can always be done. I love this community.

Dayum son, great progress! The only thing I would look to improve (for competition) is the pecs, but other than that you are looking great. Congrats!
