Before and after I apologize for the terrible photo quality

I'll try to get better photos later, been training for a year and a hald with a 4 day split centered around day1 bench, day 2 squat, day 3 overhead press, day 4 deadlift still have a lot of weight to lose but went from around 260 in the first picture down to 192, and then back up to 208 in the second picture
