You have your own gym equipment at home?

Yes, I'm that lazy!

Or that dedicated

50 feet of snow covering black ice? I'm not missing my workout!

I prefer training at home too. It's great. I'm close to my kitchen so I can get that protein shake in fast, I don't have to worry about people watching me, don't have to wait for equipment.
Working at home ROCKS!!
I tend to get better results too cuz I can work out whatever time I want, and tend to push myself a little harder.
Exercising at work is a lil tough cuz sometimes people recognize me and ask for help on something. I totally don't mind, of course, but it interrupts my routine.
