robert
Since this section doesn't have any posts I'll start it off. This is about a 9-year period, so pretty long but still shows significant gains from high school just turning vegan to age 25, 60 pounds heavier: http://a474.ac-images.myspacecdn.com/images01/3/l_b743f4b97c7ade697b7cdbc9f2b21219.jpg Age 20 ........................ Zack
I don't really mean to offend you, but these old pics are getting a little lame. Get some new ones up or something. You don't need to keep posting the same old ones. Concentrate on now.
Tasha
I think he wanted to be the first person to post something on the "NEW" category
robert
Just starting the thread out bro. Post some of your own too. Let's get this thing going since people wanted it.
robert
P.S. these pictures are old to you but tons of people browse through here each day. I know because I get loads of e-mails from them, even if they don't post on the forum. Photos like these motivate people. Not just mine, but Jonathan's, Daywalker's and others who have made dramatic transformations. My 2007 photos wouldn't inspire anyone, so no point in putting those up. I get more positive feedback from these transformation type photos than almost anything else, so they are worthwhile. I'd like to see others in shape too. Trust me, I get tired of seeing myself, but with a limited number of bodybuilder competitive physiques, I use what I have to draw from (often referring people to Daywalker's photos) and posting some of my own. Also, don't worry. I get offended everyday so I'm used to it by now That's just how I roll.

robert
No worries, you're making great gains! And I know people are tired of my photos. I am too. Also tired of living in the past, because my prime was years ago. After this thread, I won't post anymore "old" ones. I wanted to get this thread going and I want to see pics of Jonathan, xveganjoshx, VeganEssentials, and others. I'm sure this will be a heavily viewed page for first time visitors. Before and After is always very eye-catching. If you notice, it's probably the most popular and effective way of advertising anything related to bodybuilding (supplements, equipment, etc.). Look in any magazine, full of Before and After. So this post of mine will stick there and hopefully motivate some people and then when they see others doing the same, they could get pretty fired up to make a change. Granted, I wish I still looked like I did a couple of years ago, and I know I can still do that. Just wanted to show all those who don't know the history. I'm sure others will get this section going too. It's only been up for 24 hours. Anyway, off to bed. Rest time is growing time

Odidnetne
I'll move the thread for you. The before and afters can be very motivating (Jonathan's definitely comes to mind, I've never seen a "before" Daywalker, though). I plan on getting some of my own up. I never took a picture of myself (shirtless, anyway) when I first went vegan because I like a crackhead eating a diet of apples & salad (mostly) and running 4 miles a day, but I'm going to start and update every couple of weeks in my own thread. seitan_man
I personally find before and after pics such as Robert's very motivating, especially for someone just starting out like me. I have never seen any pics of Daywalker or Jonathan as I have just joined this board, but am always interested in seeing what gains can be made on a vegan diet. Robert's pictures are motivational. I wish that anyone who is fit would post an actual picture because it will inspire others but that's there choice.
