gotta start somewhere...

#1 Postby swanson2000 » Sun Nov 25, 2007 6:41 am

Here's my first photos. I'm about 145 lbs @ 15% bodyfat. I'm eating a lot more these days, just gotta keep up with the workouts!

I'm looking forward to posting some better looking photos in the near future.

You don't look bad. Relax and enjoy the ride while you bulk up.

Thanks for your support and encouragement. Thanks, Steve, for the compliment. And to Robert and Melissa: You look awesome! I think I would look better if I had a tan like yours. And muscle too, of course! Maybe I'll turn off the flash for my next photo...

Yeah, tan always helps :) We use a tan for photo shoots, competitions, and a few other occasions.

Best of luck with your progress!

I bet your body fat is far lower than 15%. I wouldn't go by that. You have a good lean base to start from.
