I need to work on getting good, consistent photos, so it's easier to compare..

Awesome job, man! Getting real wide there! :) I'm envious of your genetics letting you to gain just LBM, with no fat whatsoever. :)

Huge gains ! Especially looking at the pics of Nov. 05 and comparing with the older pics, that's some really great progress !

Thanks! It's nice seeing results. I think my lats are really starting to poke out now.

I've been eating very very cleanly.. no real cheat food I guess. Welll...except for peanut butter sandwiches haha..

I'm off to train chest and upper back now :)

That's some serious progress dude, especially when you look at where you're coming from. Don't you just love when the pecs lift up and you all of a sudden have a broad upper body!? Your arms, your entire body leaner than it was, core is tight and solid. All around kudos my man and rightfully so! Keep at it, you rock :D :boxer: :boxer: :boxer: :boxer:

Thanks L&G!

My girlfriend lives in the USA and the last time I saw her was in May. Before then the last time I had seen her was December 2007. When I was with her in May she said "wow you have pecs now!" haha.. I have grown a lot more since then so I wonder what she'll say when I see her in December.

It's pretty difficult for me to look tough in my house mate's room with a pink doona cover..

Whoa! I missed these latests updates completely! You're looking solid. That hard work is paying off nicely.
Not only did you bulk up but you also managed to lean out a bit it seems! Your back looks really good. Keep it up.

Looking great sosso! you've made awesome progress. The arms, back, abs (I'll stop here or I'll have to mention every muscle). That's the nicest surprise you can take to your girlfriend. Rock on!

I believe the technical term for your progress is "fuckin' righteous!"
