January 2006 - hadn't trained for about a year

Summer 2007 - hadn't trained for about 2 years,
about a month or two before I started training again

4 months of training and 3 months on a vegan diet

Thanks everyone! :D I don't have any good before legs pictures but I did find this one from this past summer... kind of a good comparison... i'm really trying hard to build up my legs... a long way to go...
