I see menu plans on your site for men for bodybuilding, but was wondering if you had any menu plans for women. I am looking to build more muscle and lose the last little bit of fat around my stomach area and would very much like an idea of how much and what I am supposed to eat. Thanks, Kathy

Take a look at the journals section of the forum. Many women post what they eat on a regular basis. You can also see what their workout regiments are. So you can find some meal plans that fit someone who is working out in similar ways as you or with similar goals/intentions.
