Sometimes to help make the site more usable we'll add new mods. I'm going to use this thread to announce new mods and track any issues with them. So.. as our first mod, you can now embad YouTube videos into your posts. :)

Just click on the YouTube Button, put the address to the YouTube video between the tags and then post. :)

Nice one Lynus, that was the first mod I added to my forum. 8)

One thing I've found to watch out for, especially with music videos is "embedding disabled by request", which you will see on some though not many Youtube videos. You can still embed the video and the screenshot will show up, but when you click PLAY, it will tell you the video can't be found. That was a frustrating one that took me a while to figure out. :twisted:

Here's an example of one that has "embedding disabled by request"...

An Indian coworker introduced me to Russell Peters a few months back. He is a f-ing riot! :)

It works for me here, but not when I open up a new thread.

Where did you try it? Can you create a thread so I can see the error or possible problem?
