Vegan multivitamin

Wondering what your opinion is on this multivitamin, and im wondering if i should take a meal replacer, because i think im deficient in a few things. :cry:

I think meal replacement powder is expensive. Perhaps you could just eat some more of the foods which contian the things you are deficient in.

I had mentioned in an earlier posting that I drink a juice called 'Green Goodness' made by Bolthouse Farms. You can find one just like it at Trader Joe's. 'Green Good' can be found at Costco or Super Target.
It is high in all of the Vitamins and has high amounts of Manganese, a mineral that is difficult to get.
