I've been having a bunch of fun with the great outdoors andf I can now do muscle ups and the one arm chin up which were major long time goals for me!...I'll get the chin ups on my second fitness vid.

You can.....you just ain't practised enough or set your mind to it!

I said the same about the muscle ups....till in the end I just got sick of wishing and said I'm going to do it come what may!
