I am curious what vitamin supplements you would recommend esp. for vegan women? I am esp. interested in liquid ones if possible.

Viactiv makes a chew multivitamin that is vegan. At least I'm pretty sure it is. Their calcium chews are not vegan but there is a fruit flavored multi that is.

I take a multi that is in the form of a powder. It has 16g of protein it in too. It has everything: vit, minerals, digestive enzymes, herbs, mushroom extracts, omegas... u name it! It's called ALIVE! and is made by Nature's Way. It's pretty tastey too... I bought the Apple Cinnamon flavor. I mix it with blueberry juice (or other juice) with 1 T flax seed oil.
