Super new to this forum, but glad I found it! You guys look amazing
My question is in regards to counting calories, and if anyone finds they get along just fine not doing it. My switch to being vegan is fairly recent, and I have been trying to overcome severe disordered eating. Counting calories majorly added to the stress, so I decided to stop. I'm trying to eat more intuitivley, and keep it as healthy as I can, but its been a major challenge! I very much enjoy my new lifestyle, just looking for a little guidance.
All topics relating to health, diet, nutrition programs and any questions you might have about general health.
