Creatine: Creapure vs non-creapure?

#1 Postby James » Mon Feb 27, 2006 11:02 am

Just wondered what people's thoughts were on whether Creapure is worth the extra dough? I've always used cheap non-creapure stuff in the past and found it beneficial in terms of size & strength, but wondered if creapure would be even better?

I haven't heard of it. Is Creapure a brand name?

Creapure is a type of creatine exclusively manufactured in German laboratries I believe: ... t_37_4.php

If I remember right James, Reflex creapure creatine is cheap - hardly any more than normal creatine - so shop around for it on the net at a few online supplement sites. Give it a try, it has had good reviews and feedback.

Creatine - with or without Creapure - used to give my terrible cramp in my lower back and legs when I run, so I won't be touching it again.
Davey's favourite tipple was "Blow My Skull", a cocktail he served in half-pint glasses consisting of rum, brandy, gin, port, Madeira, sherry and claret.
