I particulary like Dr. Fuhrman because he's turned quite a few people on to veganism (on another fitness site I'm on). But I did have issues with some of his info. Like his " ideal weight" suggestions. According to him, my ideal weight is around 112-114 pounds. I weighed 114 at one time, when I had been on a juice fast followed by raw foods for a couple of weeks, and I felt too thin. Not quite emaciated, but definitely thin. And that was without much muscle weight. If I had more muscle and weighed 114, I'd be more compact, and thus feel like a twig (though a muscular twig!)

Also, he mentions several times that greens or broccoli (I forget which) has more protein than beef. True, if you look a percentage of calories, BUT not if you look at a normal serving size.
