I love it, some hate the how much it fluffs. Their rice protein is much thinner, if you like that in a protein.

I really like and use the stuff, but a few things to be aware of:
It adds quite a bit of thickness, so be prepared for that. Flavor is fairly neutral, perhaps a bit dusty if anything. TP's flavors are mostly insufficient to mask the flavor of the protein. If you're going to get it flavored to use straight in water or milk, go for a premium chocolate flavor, they work the best.

i use mine in food and in shakes that have lots of other ingredients/flavors, so i am thinking i'll just start with a simple vanilla or chocolate flavor. one question tho- do you guys add sweeteners to yours? and if so which one? do you add any of their optional ingredients? i don't really know how to customize my order.

I notice that I digest it quite a bit better if I add the aminogen. When I just order plain vanilla I get the stevia sweetener. The premium flavors are pre-sweetened.

Also look around on their forum for a 5% off code before you order. It's basically a referral program so there's plenty of legit codes.

i mix true protein pea with their rice and add the premium natural flavor. chocolate banana and chocolate orange are my favorite, but i just got some strawberry in the mail and it's so good i can't even believe it.

I really like the strawberry, too.
