Have been looking a little pale? any help?

I eat alot of fruits and veggies.. lost of nuts.. almonds.. salads almost everyday.. have almond milk, bananas, I just dont know what im missing?

Sunlight...? I've heard vegans say vegs tend to look pale but I'm tan skinned.

pale = weak? or skin color?
how about legumes? grains?

It's possible you're low on iron. Eat lots of pumpkin seeds and/or legumes.

Have you always been pale though?
Davey's favourite tipple was "Blow My Skull", a cocktail he served in half-pint glasses consisting of rum, brandy, gin, port, Madeira, sherry and claret.

I eat alota peanuts, soy nuts, some oatmeal..
Pale in the face, and no people usualy say somthing about how tan I look (Mostly in the winter cuz I stay tan)
