Its better to eat more of a variety of foods, including different types of proteins and other types of nutrients as well of course. I don't think the amounts you are eating will cause you harm. May increase your estrogen levels, not sure if that is proven or a myth, but if it is possible you may be in the category of people who are actually consuming enough soy to make it possible. Just make sure you are eating a lot of whole fruits and vegetables as well and you'll be okay. Maybe mix it up a bit with the proteins too, try vega which is a mix of hemp, pea and rice proteins or any other brand that uses any of those types or other plant based proteins every now and then would probably be healthier than all soy all the time.
